Rule #365: Professional sports

There was once a time when unions were necessary. That time has passed. We see it in business and especially in professional sport. Hockey players getting paid millions to do what they love. THEN they complain and cry that they need more. In the new land we would keep professional sports players in check by capping salary at 1 million a year. Most of them aren't responsible enough to handle that much cash anyway. (Remember Ovechkin's bar tab from a few years ago? *see below). And if they think this is unfair, they are free to leave and get a real job. I'm sure they would love getting up at 5am every morning to work for someone who isn't going to get up and cheer every time they do something good, like the rest of us. I wonder if they realize who they are demanding money from every time they complain?

In the new world, salaries for professional sports players will be capped at $1,000,000.00

AND SO IT SHALL BE WRITTEN!
